| Future local war will be composed of various collaborative, high strength and high technology,it is not just a single weapon contest, but by all arms, all kinds of weapon system, operation management system, logistics system and information system. Our army focus the future war and put forward the new military revolution and construction of C4ISR system. This article is base on the rapid development of science and technology, using the advanced software and hardware equipment to design a angle of artillery servo system and improve the performance of the system.Based on Ti company’s digital signal processor (DSP) chip TMS320F28335as the core, with its excellent data processing ability and abundant peripheral equipment, we design a artillery servo system.First, on the basis of system control method and performance requirements, we give the overall control scheme of the system, on the basis of the analysis, we choice some indispensable key components. Then we design the motor drive module, analog acquisition module, communication module, etc. At last, we design the whole hardware circuit and software of the system.Based on the high precision requirement of artillery servo system, first, we carried out the simulation experimental in the traditional control method and found out that the gun appeared shock in the follow up process, so we introduced the feedforward control, at the request of rapid positioning and accuracy, we reduced the servo control lag of the stacking error and the shock phenomenon, improved the stability of the system. |
