The Matching Design Development Research Of Trawl Fishing Boat Engine And Propeller Based On Ducted Propeller And Double Reduction Gear Box

With the rising fuel prices and energy saving and emission reduction increasingly strict,fisheries operating costs are also rising, then to carry out the matching designdevelopment research of trawl fishing boat engine and propeller based on ducted propellerand double reduction gear box, and the convenient fast research of trawl fishing boat mainpropulsion system using the modern computer technology, ensure that the ship efficient,economic, green environmental protection sailing become the focus of scholars at home andabroad.Systematic analysis of the resistance characteristics in trawl fishing boat sailing,ducted propeller propulsive characteristics, diesel characteristics and double reduction gearbox propulsive characteristics as well as their selection methods is conducted, the computeprocess for design method of trawl fishing boat engine and propeller matching is tidied,which can be programmed by the flow chart and the sub-flow chart. The design software oftrawl fishing boat engine and propeller matching is developed using the MATLABsoftware.Then the application research of the software is conducted with a42m trawl fishingboat, the software design results of the above ship are compared with documentation, whichshows that the software calculation error is very small and the design results close to Theactual state of the ship are in full compliance with the trawl fishing boat initial designrequirements.The study show that: the newly developed matching design software of trawl fishingboat engine and propeller based on ducted propeller and double reduction gear box in thispaper is of high accuracy, as well as less demanding of the user professional level, easy touse for a wide range of engineering application.
