Study On The Planning And Design Of Yangtze River Delta Tourism Eco-Agriculture Park In Changshu Xinzhuang

Based on the literature, this paper reviews the development, experience and inspiration of Eco-agriculture and tourism-agriculture; and proposes and discusses the concept of the "Yangtze River Delta tourism eco-agriculture park", which can be expressed as the agricultural park with water features, on the background of the Yangtze River Delta, in a certain space or geographical area, taking eco-agriculture as the foundation, putting the production and tourism together, to achieve ecological, economic and social benefits’ common development. This paper selects three relevant cases-Yangcheng modern agricultural industrial park, Qin Lake Wetland Park and Heheng eco-agricultural technology demonstration park, making a summary and comparative analysis of its location, size, eco-technology model, leading industry types, tourism and agricultural production function type, Structuring Yangtze River Delta tourism eco-agriculture park planning and construction mode, including Special planning content of the construction conditions and factor analysis, planning and design principles’making, Park development positioning refinement, partition layout and project arrangement and including transportation, water drainage, landscaping planting, production facilities, tourism and ecological agriculture technology and engineering systems and business model.The empirical case studies planning and design of Yangtze River Delta tourism eco-agricultural park in Changshu, Xinzhuang, elaborating with text and graphics of project overview, planning basis and conditions, planning principle, train of thought, target and functional partition, constructing a "one area-three park" spatial structure which including Orchard-land-pool Demonstration Park, Efficiency Fishery Industry Demonstration Park and Yangtze River Delta tourism Park, having completed the special planning design of Park road, water system of water conservancy, ecological greening and landscape system, tourism service facilities, ecological agriculture technology and engineering system, and putting forward Park management and economic analysis.
