The linkage structure of space camera was used to support and install a spacecamera on the satellite. It was a important mechanical module of the entire camerasystem, through which satellite’s mechanical vibration was transferred to spacecamera. Its structure design guarantees the image quality. The kinematic supportingproject had been designed in order to deal with installation and high precisionpositioning for space camera. This paper was developed as following:(1) Analyzing the constraints in the scheme structure. Constraint-screw theorywas introduced, including the concept of screw, K-G equation and its modified form,compute method of constraint and degrees of freedom, and physical meaning as wellas math definition of communal constraint and redundant constraint. UsingConstraint-screw theory can clearly finding the constraints of the support schemes.And discuss the constraints under different conditions—with gaps or without gaps.(2) Computer simulation and experiment were both adopted to study the dynamicperformance of linkage structure. to calculate the nonlinear contact boundaryconditions, Hertz elastic contact theory was used, the difference between gap modeland non-gap model was small. Analysis and calculation of the dynamic characteristicsof the linkage structure have been carried on by means of finite element with MPCmethods. The results were compared with the experiment one.(3) Two remote sensors were fixed on same satellite; the vibration model wasestablished and finds the best parameters of the joining in order to lower the vibrationresponse of two cameras. The bottom linkage structure and joining structure can meet the needs of goodkinematic precision; release stresses caused by heat distortion, and lower the vibrationresponse in transportation and lunching process. The scheme that is proposed in thispaper was original, and it provides a important reference to the analogical kinematicstructure.
