In the international situation of peace and development, anti-terrorism has become one ofthe major battle forms. Therefore, the study on the non-lethal infrasonic weapons has beenattached great importance. The piezoelectric infrasonic phased array technology, the mainresearch object of the present thesis, is one of the key technologies of the portable andcontrollable infrasonic non-lethal weapon which is still under exploration, and this technologyis valuable to realize the infrasonic weapon.Piezoelectric infrasonic phased array technology generates infrasonic wave throughconverse piezoelectric effect, and further strengthens it through the infrasonic waveinterference effect from the piezoelectric element array, and conducts the bunchingorientability. The Optimization research of piezoelectric infrasonic phased array technologybased on MATLAB is conducted, and the influence upon the direction performance fromgeometrical parameters of array is analyzed. The research and experiment of wave generator ofsingle piezoelectric element is completed. The thesis discusses the structure, voltage drive ofpiezoelectric infrasonic generators, and designs simple and mini-size anechoic chamber totackle the weak signals in noise environment. Finally, the thesis designs and makes theinfrasonic phased array with16routes, Its result is analyzed and proved out.The technology programme and simulation calculation results concluded from the presentthesis can act as the reference of related research. The research and experiment of singlepiezoelectric element wave generator significantly guide the improvement of piezoelectricinfrasonic generator in future. The simple anechoic chamber is used for testing the weaksignals in noise environment. The design and production of piezoelectric infrasonic phasedarray with16routes are conducive to reference value for the future study.
