The Design Of Knapsack Water Mist Fire Extinguishing Devices Based On Ergonomics

With the increasingly serious fire accidents, concerning of extinguishing disaster prevention and awareness of environmental protection, it is very necessary to promote an efficient and clean fire extinguishing system. Because of its environmental, efficient, and good fire-fighting effect. Water mist fire extinguishing system has been paid much attention and has developed rapidly. In this paper, depending on the theoretical analysis, and experimental test, a kind of knapsack water mist fire extinguishing system based on ergonomic is designed.This paper first introduced the concept, characteristics, types and field of application of water mist fire extinguishing system. Combined with present situation and development, the generation mechanism of water mist, spray method and the extinguishing mechanism are analysed detail, and obtained the overall scheme of the knapsack water mist fire extinguishing devices is designed.Combined with human anatomy, anthropometry and manual tools design principle, are analysed the human body upper limb joint activity, stress distribution and strain. The injector is Ergonomically designed. Furthermore, preliminary discussed how grasping posture affect the hand fatigue.The stress of the human body back and waist and the safety of using Knapsack device are studied. The relationship between the size of spine and torso, the back and knapsack system are researched. According to the requirements of knapsack device design, one-piece knapsack water tank was Ergonomically designed.Finally, the experiments show that the knapsack water mist fire extinguishing devices had a good spray range and atomization Angle, it can effectively extinguish the class A fire. Ejector structure is accordant with the ergonomics, and is comfortable for hand holding.
