The seat angle adjuster of the car (Hereinafter referred to as Angle Adjuster) is the keypart of the car seat, by adjusting the angle of the seat and the backrest to adapt to the bodyposture, to provide maximum comfort and support Leaguer that needed by the body.In actual use, the angle adjuster must meet three requirements:(1) in the course, itmust be ensure that the angle adjuster has sufficient strength. In unexpected situations, suchas a traffic accident, will withstand sudden external shocks, in order to ensure the safety ofpersonnel.(2) When the passenger or drivers adjust the seats, the angle adjuster should beadjusted easily and quickly.(3) The recliner parts must be designed to meet therequirements of a certain gap when assembled with the car seat.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly, Comparative analysis of various molding technology on there cliner, obtainthe forming process for planetary gear type angle regulator.Secondly, Precision on general blanking, blanking process were compared, and tounderstand the punching half punching process.Thirdly, Simulation of fine blanking process by using the DEFORM-3D finite elementnumerical simulation, semi punching process of experiment and numerical optimization,and further on the planetary gear type angle cutting simulation.Finally, The analysis is illustrated through numerical simulations and the results.This paper compares the precision punching and blanking two kinds of formingprocess. Because the angle is the key parts, automotive seat parts, its function and quality isrelated to the seat grades and take the safety of personnel.So the angle of quality and process is highly required.Numerical simulation of the forming process of angle, by analyzing the stress&straindistribution, geometry, forming size molding process analysis, shows, the difficulty oftechnology, and realize the goal of technology, shows the structure principle of mold toachieve the specific measures and key process.Because of the planetary gear type automobile seat angle adjuster is designed inGermany, a German intellectual property rights, the products are widely used in theGerman cars, this reserch has application value, is a more advanced international level,have better utilization value.
