| Recliner is the core component of car seat, its role is to adjust seat back angle to bring comfort to motorists. With the continuous improvement of people’s living standard and traffic road condition, car has become the indispensable means of transport for many families. As a member of security, the quality of recliner directly related the safety of motorists and passengers. Therefore the precision and quality of recliner is particularly important. Traditional processing method is the ordinary blanking plus subsequent secondary processing, increasing production costs. Fine blanking process can obtain smaller dimension tolerance, higher geometric precision,smooth and roughness punching surface, good verticality and interchangeability parts than ordinary blanking in one step, improving production efficient and reducing cost.So the production of planetary gear type car seat recliner is using fine blanking method in factory gradually.The research object is a fine blanking planetary gear type car seat recliner in Audi. Its shape is complex and the precision demand is very high, the important and difficult point is the semi-punch inner tooth hole.The precious researchers had study on the hole punch and blanking of fine blanking.They specific research the effect of punch and die clearance, punch and die fillet, blank holder force, counterpunch force,the shape of V-ring blank holder, etc. in fine blanking, so this object will not study this parameters any more. This project focus on the different between cutting-edge radius and cutting-edge chamfer(45°) on punch and die, the reason why the length of smooth cut surface of hole punch and blanking is different in the same simulation, and the effect of blank holder force and counterpunch force on die-roll and burr of semi-punch inner tooth hole.Building three-dimension model of recliner through CATIA and then introduce into DEFORM-3D to simulate. During the research of clearance, I find the length ofsmooth cut surface is different in hole punching surface and blanking surface, then solve the phenomenon through mechanical analysis.The punch and die are cutting-edge radius before, this object study the different between cutting-edge radius and cutting-edge chamfer(45°) of punch and die, and the data show the quality of die cutting-edge chamfer is pool than the die cutting-edge radius, but the length of smooth cutting surface of punch cutting-edge chamfer is longer than that of punch cutting-edge radius, at the same time it bring longer burr. If the length of punch cutting-edge chamfer is less than 0.03 mm, both of the length of burr can be acceptable.Then simulate forming process of recliner according the process of analysis: punching hole, flanging, semi-punch inner tooth hole, blanking.Analyzing the forming quality from stress, strain, material flow, length of smooth cutting surface. At last design die according above data.In the total study the semi-punching is the novel and difficult point, and it has certain advancement, so it has certain significance for manufacture complex gear parts and no-circular gear parts. |
