With modern mechanical systems becoming high-speed, light, heavy load, structural dynamics and control issues are being more and more focused. Even more, in the area of industrial production, many of the rigid structures have the oscillation characteristics of flexible items when high-speed moving. This makes it difficult to control the specific trajectory, producing unexpected interference. My dissertation is a continuation of tenders of Guangdong and Hong Kong and it aims to achieve the high-speed precise positioning of flexible beam.The paper first discusses the necessity of the development of flexible beam systems, describes the significant advantages for permanent magnet synchronous motor drive and control system of flexible beam and broad prospects. Based on the definition and coordinate space vector transformation principle, it has derived mathematical model of PMSM in a two-phase synchronous rotation coordinate system. Then, a detailed analysis of permanent magnet synchronous motor rotor field oriented space vector pulse width modulation technique principle, and control strategy is given. In the MATLAB environment, design the functional modular of the voltage space vector control and implement simulation. Then, TMS320F2812control chip being the core, design hardware and software platform for permanent magnet synchronous motor voltage space vector control system. Finally, the control system hardware and software platforms are tested, drawing the desired test results.The paper focuses on permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control strategy simulation analysis and verification, and in the DSP platform, achieves this control strategy. It makes theoretical and practical basis for control strategy of permanent magnet synchronous motor for the flexible beam, producing a certain reference value.
