Comparing with other motors,permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) has its own excellent control properties ,and has been applied to social activities popularly. Namely along with the rapid development of power electronics technology, tAC drive technology has got broken development ,but because it has many problems, such as nonlinearity,complex structure,parameters change,these factors influence control performance. Applying intelligent technology to control PMSM can reduce efficiently and even overcome these influence. So the paper focuses on the control of PMSM,using the control of artificial neural networks(ANN) inverse system to improve the control performance.First,do an in-depth research in vector control,establish the simulation model and give a detailed introduction of the design of the PID parameters. On this basis, combining with the current means of computer-aided design, the paper gives the method of optimal control design with Simulink.Secondly ,ANN inverse system control is introduced,which contains the specific methods and procedures, design principles and establish the ANN-inverse-system simulation model based on the model of Vector Control. Through research, based on the original to further expand, the paper gives improvement of my own program about the analysis of the reversible inverse control and the ANN-inverse-system model,which is a new try to improve the control performance.Finally, use DSP development board to do half-material-object experiment to verify the control performance and lay a solid foundation for further follow-up research and development.
