Good insulation of high voltage electrical equipment directly affects the overall operation and power system security and stability. With the power system capacity increasing and the voltage promoting, all kinds of high voltage electrical equipment are gradually reduction in volume, equipment structure is increasingly complex, so it is higher requirements for high voltage electrical equipment insulation structure and insulation performance among equipments. This paper seeks to research as the introduction of the power system, how WPT system (Wireless Power Transmission) affect the insulativity of system, by taking the electromagnetic field numerical calculation method, the electrical field intensity of any arbitrary point of the high voltage bus bar of power system as well as solenoid model in the WPT system made to theoretical analysis and simulation calculation respectively, so that we research their distribution of electric field intensity and the position and size of Maximum electric field intensity. Thereby, we study the effect of WPT system on the insulation performance of high voltage bus electrical equipment and, provide theoretical basis and data reference for the design of insulation structure of WPT system.First of all, we elaborated the basic idea, operational procedure and application range of simulation charge method. Based on the charge simulation method which can calculate high-voltage bus space electric field, we established Physical and Mathematical model. From specific example, we derives the theoretical formula of the distribution of electric field intensity and use Matlab software to establish calculation method of simulation program, then obtained the position of the maximal electric field of high voltage bus and electric field strength, moreover, we discussed and analyzed the changing of electric field strength due to the change of geometrical parameters.Secondly, according to the basis of electromagnetism theory and maxwell’s equations, we have deduced some electromagnetic field theoretical formulas in terms of single coil of magnetic field of any arbitrary point in the space, the magnetic field of any arbitrary point in the space of WPT system containing spiral coil model and electric field strength.Finally, we used professional FEKO electromagnetic field simulation software, which can establish three-dimensional modeling for spiral coil, to calculate all kinds of electric field distribution. On this account we obtained the distribution diagram of three-dimensional electric field intensity and the distribution curve of two-dimensional electric field intensity, finally got the position of maximum field strength and the electric field intensity of spiral line space. By changing the different geometric parameters of spiral coil, we analyzed the relationship between different geometric parameters and the maximum field strength of spiral coil at any arbitrary point in the space. We hope that this study provides evidence for the WPT system applied to the insulation structure of the power system.
