Nowadays, With the rapid development of urban infrastructure, The higher, larger buildings and deeper, wider underground facilities has been increasing day by day in cities. At the same time, the questions of breadth and difficulty of Foundation pit engineering has been developed gradually towards the state of greater and deeper. Most deep municipal facilities of foundation pit in cities are closely connected, even Some narrow excavation engineering site to the base must be adjacent to the basis of existing buildings. If the high underground water level under the construction status of deep foundation pit engineering, must be sure to first precipitation and other measures are taken in front of the foundation pit excavation. Once the underground water level decline and may lead to surrounding buildings and underground pipeline facilities such as sink or damage, even cause an accident.At present, the researches of high underground water level under the complex shape of large foundation pit precipitation caused by uneven settlement of the loess are so rarely. In view of this, this paper selected the topic of loess area of deep excavation dewatering influence on surrounding building.In this paper, establish calculation formula about the settlement of the loess and Come to a conclusion at first, then adopt a numerical simulation analysis to simulating deformation of adjacent buildings which was brought about groundwater extraction in loess zone of Xi’an. Mapping and analysis of deep foundation pit precipitation in the process of building foundation pit on the edge of the distance and sedimentation value, curves of relationship between the water level drawdown degree of the sinking of the influence law, further deduce the influence of foundation pit precipitation of settlement of surrounding structures. On the other hand, for long time of actual monitoring of foundation pit dewatering engineering.Reference dynamic monitoring data, analyze surrounding the foundation pit, the monitoring data of content, research around the building, the general rule of settling, further more practical monitoring results and numerical simulation results. In order to more comprehensive, more early predict the ground settlement caused by dewatering engineering surrounding the quantity, and guide precipitation excavation of foundation pit engineering design and construction.
