It consists of two ports of the south, north and YueHai iron1, YueHai iron2two passenger roll ships, and YueHai iron3and YueHai iron4will operate on the way. The method of fishbone cause and effect analysis is used in this article,which lists all the factors influencing the Guangdong railway ferry fuel consumption, then refer to the on-site visits, access to relevant account approach and so on way, at last the major factors affecting the train ferry fuel consumption come down to:bad fuel combustion caused by poor quality, and personnel quality is not high, and harsh environmental conditions, and imperfection of management system.The work of reducing locomotive fuel consumption has obtained certain result, because the company has established and implemented a series of supporting system and strategy according to the diesel engine high fuel consumption formulation.
