In order to satisfy the use and maintenance of Shenhua Group Corporation self-provided trucks, and implement "wheel rules" requirements recently issued by the Ministry of Railways,Aiming at the existing problems of domestic wheel factory built in recent years,such as technology is not fully absorbed, engineering experience inadequate,equipment with unreasonable, low level of information issues,,etc, and are not fully meet all the requirements of "wheel rules "of the actual situation. Through extensive research factory production,and new technology, new equipment and information sharing are demonstrated.New Shenmu north wheel factory is designed, and research subject "Shenmu north wheel factory axle repair technology design and information management research" is put forward. Main work includes the following several aspects:The existing problems of domestic wheel factory, such as unreasonable process, low efficiency, unreasonable time distribution in each process,"bottleneck" process,"stuck" equipment,no data transfer and sharing between devices,and lack of information construction,etc, the design decorates the overall process reasonably,reduces the logistics distance and plane cross operation, and realizes numerical control of truck axle repair and processing, automation of axle, wheel cake processing, test and assembly. The whole process can realize management informationization, and meet the requirements of axle with truck equipment modernization. And become the modern, high-standard wheels factory of fully meeting the "newwheel rules " requirement.New technology, new equipment and new materials are adopted in the design. Fully automatic production line of axle and wheel cake machining, up-down material assignment, flaw detection, size test, and wheel set pressure installation operation are realized for the first time,as well as automatic intelligent storage, measurement, and matching of axle, wheel set and bearing.Rely on advanced design concepts, flexible axle processing line is fully considered in the design, and equipment is extensible to reserve interface for repair process and repair tooling change with the continuous application of new technology.The common problem of the domestic wheel factory production process can not be increased according to the technical requirements of the development process aresolved.Axle information construction is emphasized in the design. The use of railway freight technique management information system help to realize the truck axle process management informationization. Data of the whole process can be shared from entering the factory, checking up, cleaning, inspection, decomposition, processing, installation, spending to leaving the factory. Majority of data is collected, recorded, and communicated directly by the equipment to ensure data accuracy, and realize the management informatization and intelligent matching function.
