Harbin-Dalian high-speed passenger line which designed at speed of350kilometers per hour was built firstly in northeast China. Section of TJ-3was located in Jilin and Heilongjiang provinces, the length of bridge was accounting for84.6%of the total length. During the construction process, there was half of the time belong to the winter cold environment in each year, because of the requirement of construction period, the grouting material of bridge bearings need to be constructed at low temperature. In order to ensure the construction quality and period of the section in winter, the low grouting materials and related construction processes were be study in this paper.On the basis of analyzing the composition performance of commonly used grouting material, furtherly analyzed the performance of related material and proposed four matching programs, initially selected one matching program through liquidity test. The results of the bending, elastic modulus, expansion and other tests showed that the matching program can meet the strength requirement of bridge bearing under low temperature conditions.In addition, for the insulation problems of grouting material in transit and construction site, the paper rearched related insulation measures and construction technology. The construction practice of Harbin-Dalian line proved that the matching program could solve the technological problem of grouting bearing construction under low temperature condition in winter and ensure the construction quality and period of Harbin-Dalian high-speed passenger line.
