EMCS, short for Electrical and Mechanical Control System, is quite large and sophisticated in High-Speed railway station. It makes significant difference in terms of the safety of normal operation. To design an EMCS with rational structure, perfect f unction, high reliability and low cost need to be highly taken into consideration.By investigating every domestic built high-speed railway station, this paper demonstrates how the EMCS is capable of manipulating a comprehensive operational management and control of the electrical and mechanical equipment on the high-speed railway station. In addition, an enhancement of the technology in EMCS has been involved in this paper, on the basis of the current experience and latest technology. According to the construction of the Shenzhen North High-Speed railway station’s intelligent building system, deeply discussing the monitoring functions of the device structure of each subsystem, and because there are many linkage operations among the various subsystems, the paper describes how the whole system to achieve the overall linkage functions and how to make the various subsystems operated orderly in the aspects of system fire protection, access control, lighting, security.Actually, EMSC is able to efficiently and automatically monitor, as well as manage various equipments in each station, such as the ventilation and air conditioning system equipment, water supply and drainage equipment, escalators, elevators, lighting, direction signs, emergency lighting power stations and other equipment. In this way, all the equipments are guaranteed to be in safe, reliable, efficient and energy-saving operation status, which further ensure a comfortable on board environment and better coordination of the operation of the station equipments. In this situation, therefore, all the equipments can be definitely work well in fire and other disasters. What’s more, not only the passengers’safety can be guaranteed, but also all the equipments can be working normally in blocking mode.
