Study On The Meticulous Control Of Tunnel Construction In RED BED

With the rapid development of highway construction in our country current, it faced with a growing number of highway tunnel built in the region of red bed. The engineering geological characteristics of surrounding rock in red bed has many disadvantages,such aslargevoid ratio and pooreradhesive force and so on, besidethis the strength of tunnel rock will reduce further after disturbance, so in theconstruction the tunnel support structures have a greater pressure,even lead tothe collapse and various types of disasters which directly affect the normal highway construction.In order to meet the current needs of the rapid development of China’s highway construction, this research that intent to study meticulous tunnel construction is relying on the tunnel construction projects of Ba Da Wan highway construction in red bed. The main research works of this thesisare as follows:(1) Through a large number of surveys and studies to explore the meticulous methods suitable for grading the tunnel rock in red bed.(2) Under unfavorable geological conditions, we study the effects of different rock structures to the mechanical characteristics of the tunnel supporting;develop out a reasonable excavation supportingsystemsforthe tunnelswhich pass through adverse geological section.(3) Frame the meticulous management model of the tunnel construction structure in red bed, decomposethe meticulous management oftunnel construction into the parts ofmanagement of constructing,managementof resource allocationand management of construction period to study.(4)From all aspects of the red bed tunnel construction to study the meticulous technique control of the tunnel construction, introduce meticulous technique control into each aspects of the tunnel construction, so providing the basis for the quality control of the tunnel construction in red bed.(5) Carrying out a research into the database,try to develop an information management software whichis able to evaluate and analysis the quality of tunnel construction and could feedback useful information for it.
