Tunnel Structure Crack Disease Database Design And Preliminary Analysis Of Causes

The tunnel lining crack is the main cause of the disease in the tunnel structure,and it is the research direction of the popular big data intelligent statistical analysis.By introducing a large-scale database,the research direction manages the database of the cracks and etiology of such tunnel structural diseases,which forms a huge amount of data,and carries out intelligent big data analysis on the causes of tunnel structural diseases.This thesis summarized the relevant research data and collected some tunnel lining crack information for statistical analysis.On this basis,the Internet and database technology were used to develop a tunnel lining crack information query management system.The main research and contents are as follows: 1)By consulting existing data for research and analysis on causes of tunnel lining cracks,the common types and causes of tunnel lining cracks were summarized.2)Developed Tunnel Lining Cracks Information Inquiry Management System.This system used Apache as a server,MySQL development database and PHP+HTML combined development Webpage.The system conformed B/S three-tier architecture model and MVC design pattern.After testing,the system implemented predetermined information data add,update,delete,and query functions.User can quickly and easily use browser to access the system.The tunnel crack datas stored in this system could provide support for the study of the corresponding relationship between tunnel crack's morphological features and causes in the future.3)The information on 45 tunnel lining cracks was collected and statistical analysis was conducted according to the summary.The results show that there is a high possibility of longitudinal cracks in tunnels with severe structural damage,and the number of circumferential cracks accounts for a high proportion of the total number of tunnel lining cracks.Based on the results of statistical analysis,the corresponding analysis method was used to analyze the causes of longitudinal cracks in the tunnel lining structure.The analysis results show that the groundwater function,cavities behind the lining,insufficient lining thickness,and insufficient lining strength were the main reasons.
