More and more railways are constructed in the new century, which put forward higher requirements to the construction of railway bridges. The steel truss girder cable-stayed bridge is developed quickly and applied broadly because of its reasonable force and good ability to cross. The steel truss girder cable-stayed bridge has a lot of bars and high precision, and the construction and control process is extremely complex, so the construction process of the bridge must be strictly controlled. Based on the study and summary of the previous research work, this article studies the construction control of the steel truss girder cable-stayed bridge in the project of Guiyang-Guangzhou railway Beijiang Bridge.Firstly, this article introduces the development status of cable-stayed bridge and steel truss girder cable-stayed bridge, and the characteristics of the railway cable-stayed bridge. Then it studies the construction control’s importance, task, content, principles, methods and the calculation method of construction control.Secondly, in view of the construction of Beijiang Bridge, the calculation model is established by Midas Civil and the whole construction process is simulated and analysed. Then the paper studies the effect of structure parameters on the structure, and gets more sensitive structure parameter, and presents parameter identification based on the field mesurements by Kalman filter method.Thirdly, the paper analyses the key construction phases, analyses the causes of error by comparing the measured data with the theoretical data and proposes the improvement measure and the method. Lastly, the paper conducts the stability analysis of Beijiang Bridge’s each construction phase, and gets the instability mode of the structure, and then verifies whether the stability of the bridge meets the requirements.
