Quality Management Of Emergency Building Project In Xiamen1st Hospital

For the construction enterprises, construction project quality is very important, only when construction quality meet the owner’s requirement, they can obtain income, and improve enterprise’s reputation. Firstly,this thesis introduce the theory of project quality management, systematic review on domestic and foreign experts research results, mainly about construction enterprises how to strengthen the project quality management, and further expounded the theory.In this thesis, take emergency building project in Xiamen1st Hospital as an example, from the view of construction enterprise, research the medical building’s project quality management.This thesis introduces the basic situation about emergency building project, points out the characteristics of the construction project; Construction enterprise according to the actual situation of emergency building project, make the corresponding quality planning, quality planning basis and the research tools are determined, determine the construction project organization structure, estimate all kinds of resource’s quantity required by the building construction, work breakdown structure, finally obtains the emergency building quality management plan; the construction enterprise take various measures for emergency building’s quality assurance, include organizational design,management system,the quality assurance activities throughout the emergency building construction process;the construction enterprise divided quality control into three stages:advance control, process control,afterwards control; every stage analysis about:human、machine、material、method、environment etc, should focus on advance control and process control, based on prevention, in the inspection process, timely analysis of the reasons of problems, rectification.The results of study show that, the construction enterprises apply project quality management theory into project construction, can improves the quality of emergency building project, compared with others,human resource is the most effect factor construction enterprises must focus at the control of human resources.
