A Study Of Development Strategies Of Zhejiang Province’s Sea-river Joint Transportation

Zhejiang province has benefits on developing intermodal transpiration of inlandrive and coastal. Because it is located on Yangtze River delta which has long coastlineand complicated inland waterways. Zhejiang coastal and inland waterway transport havealready achieved a certain development. For a long time, the Zhejiang coast inland watertransport is divided into two relatively independent, closed system, coastal and inlandwithout docking. In particular, the development of container transport is much moredifficult to develop. In today’s energy and environmental problems restricting economicdevelopment situation, development of container transport has important significance inoptimizing Zhejiang integrated transport system, an important measure to build a greentraffic for close regional cooperation.The EU attaches great importance to develop intermodal transpiration of inlandrive and coastal. In recent years, they establish a benchmark in both terms ofinfrastructure and policy support, they provided experience in developing intermodaltranspiration of inland rive and coastal. This article summarizes their advancedexperience, and analysis the development of container intermodal transpiration ofinland rive and coastal in Zhejiang Province. Focusing on issues and difficult in thedevelopment of intermodal transpiration of inland rive and coastal. To furtherunderstand the need for the development of intermodal transpiration of inland rive andcoastal in Zhejiang Province, this article use northern Zhejiang Huzhou and Jiaxing assample, analyze trade needs of intermodal transpiration of inland rive and coastal ininternational and domestic. In order to take full advantage of the great advantages fromintermodal transpiration of inland rive and coastal, water transport systems play alarge-scale, integrated, high-efficiency, low-cost advantage, from the point of view ofsystem theory, put forward by the operator of future systems, support systems, servicesystems and supporting system consisting of container intermodal transpiration of inland rive and coastal system, and each system to build specific proposals put forward.Finally, for the development of Zhejiang Province, the Haihe River transport problemsand needs of the intermodal transpiration of inland rive and coastal system construction,to promote intermodal transpiration of inland rive and coastal in Zhejiang Province toaccelerate the development proposed research suggestions.
