At sea operations, security risks always accompany with fishing boats. Fishing boatssloshing will cause the fuel tank sloshing, then fuel sloshing will transform mechanical energyinto heat energy and accelerate evaporation, resulting in pressure and temperature rises oftank, causing danger. Sloshing is an extremely complex fluid motion, whose characteristic isthe existence of free surface. In the sloshing process, the position of the free surface isconstantly changing and the free surface need to be constantly tracked and updated duringsolving process. As for sloshing,which is a quite complex mathematical problem, researchingmodel experiments has great practical applicability. Model experiments can verify numericalsimulation results and have important guiding significance for the theoretical analysis.This paper reports a sloshing simulation system for vessel tanks, including mechanicalstructures module, hydraulic drive module and a signal output control module, which canachieve the objectives of the changes of sloshing central, sloshing amplitude and frequency.And the system can also be applied to various tanks for multifarious experiments.Thehydraulic system selects Valve control type of open loop system. System mainly adopts anelectrohydraulic proportional valve as the main control valve, controls motion of hydrauliccylinder, and then transfers to the sloshing platform. In the signal system, use AT89C52MCUas the control core and design the hardware circuit of periphery, achieve signal output andvoltage signal frequency and amplitude changes. Control the size of the opening valve byvoltage signal to change the flow, achieve the motion control of hydraulic cylinder.Finally, accomplish the physical model,then, the system debug test and system errorsanalysis has been carried out, and these will be an important guide for future research.
