Fuse safety mechanism is an important part of the fuze safety system of fuze safety,insurance institutions, in the lifting of fuze arming process timely safety and reliability of thefuze system plays a decisive role in the. The design of fuze products continue to stay in thebase of the traditional physical prototype design, can not meet the more can’t satisfy thedemand of the interests of the pursuit. The use of virtual prototyping technology ADAMS thesimulation task together organically, to improve the accuracy of ammunition ignition control,ignition time and shorten the development cycle, reduce the cost of research and development,realize the diversification of product design plan to design and high reliability.This paper establishes the dynamic model of insurance institutions according to theworking principle of fuze double degree of freedom of the insurance institutions, using thenumerical algorithm of motion differential equations. Insurance agencies, completed theanalysis of vibration characteristics of fuse safety mechanism.Use of parametric modeling function of Pro/E to establish a virtual3D model of twodegrees of freedom of the insurance institutions, under the ADAMS platform by insuranceinstitutions practical geometric parameters, physical characteristics and constraints,establishes a dynamic simulation model of the insurance mechanism, the models of thekinematics and dynamics analysis, given the arming movement process of insurance, andverifies the feasibility of two degrees of freedom insurance mechanism applied to very lowlaunch overload environment. Analysis module to complete the simulation analysis ofvibration characteristics of insurance institutions by means of ADAMS/Vibration vibration.Finally, the insurance organization analysis of parameterized design and using ADAMS, and analyzes the influence of various parameters on performance of insurance institutions ofinsurance institutions, through experimental design will design parameters for the design ofeach component is variable, and completed a series of simulations, the arming time,displacement of insurance such result, provides valuable information for further research.
