| The multilevel inverter technology has advantage in high-power implement, and low voltage ripple situation, hence widely used in high-power motor drive systems. Open-end winding permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSM) could obtain by simple operations, and the output voltage could be three or four levels. The open-end winding PMSM drive system has the multilevel voltage in control method and this drive system is very flexible in control because of its extra voltage vectors. This paper studies the open-end winding PMSM drive system, mainly on the following aspects:the math model of the open-end PMSM, the space vector modulation, the control method, the hardware platform of the system.The analysis of the math model of the open-end winding PMSM in different axis, and the simplified space vector modulation direct torque control, proves that the simplified SVM-DTC could be introduced to the open-end PMSM drive system. And also the common-mode voltage elimination and maximum torque per ampere control is introduced to the simplified SVM-DTC.The control method mentioned above is firstly simulated by in the MATLAB/SIMULINK. And the results show that the control methods work well. The control board of TI TMS320LF28335is used in the construction of the hardware platform and software programming. The AC-DC module, ADC module, and signal pre-processing module are mentioned. The experimental results prove that the methods mentioned above work. |
