With the continuous development of industrial automation levels in manyindustrial processes, a motor has been difficult to meet their requirements, andthe need for synchronized control of two motors, so many on the speed andaccuracy requirements of the system has a high double motor synchronouscontrol are problems to be solved. In order to improve the performance of dualsynchronous servo motor control system based on a combination of automaticcontrol theory and related literature at home and abroad, the dual-motorsynchronous control system is studied design and control algorithms controlstructure.In this paper, the most widely used two-axis servo motor on the basis of bagmaking machine production line studies in industrial areas, according to theirfunctional requirements of the biaxial servo motor control system carried out adetailed analysis.In order to achieve the dual-axis servo motor synchronous control and verifythe design and efficient control system, the first dual-axis servo motor controlsystem for creating dynamic mathematical model, a three-phase permanentmagnet synchronous motor is stationary, two-phase stationary, two-phaserotating coordinate system, the coordinate transformation process is given in thevoltage equation, the torque equation and the equation of the flux. Vector controlservo system of the permanent magnet synchronous motor used, the introductionof master-slave control thought and SVPWM algorithm driven by the main motorand motor feedback given and deviations using PI regulator to complete theregulator is designed to MATLAB/Simulink software platform to model thevoltage, torque, PWM output pulse width simulation analysis. Then, based onmathematical models and DSP control technology above, establish controlmodules, such as SPEED module and SVPWM module, and use TMS320F2812build the hardware platform, complete the design of the Event Managerconfiguration and correlation detection module. After the software is written, in the CCS software platform for speed control, such as pulse width modulationmotor simulation analysis.The method of this study biaxial synchronous servo motor control, motorcan ensure accurate synchronization of the two motors at the same timecontrolling.
