Now the technological subject of the world is the use and the developing of optical mechanical electronic integration technology. The integration of optical mechanical electronic technology is the tendency of the developing of science. Optical electronic stable platform is the scanning equipment, that is valued by the researchers of all the countries.The working principle of optical electronic stable platform early warming is introduced in detail. The mechanical structure of the stable platform is designed. The3D model is built by the CATIA software. The scanning accuracy of the system is influenced by the internal frame, because all the sensors are installed in the internal frame. The modal of the internal frame is analyze, so that the system could work well.The advantage and the working principle of the rotating polyhedral mirror are introduced. The size of the mirror is counted and the scanning ability of the mirror is devised. The laser light path situation is simulated and analyze in the work process by the ZEMAX software.The idea of the laser turn mirror and the stable platform combined is put forward by this paper. The combination of the optical system and the mechanical system could improve the use effect. Some certain theoretical basis and reference are provided by this paper for the studying of the platform.
