The paper expounds the multi-variation characteristic of new multiple variants Hy-Vo silent chain and confirms the parameter harmonic relationship and builds the mathematical model. Through the involute equation, the Meshing equation of chain and sprocket can be built. In order to complete one chain to meshing different sprockets, under confirming the radius of roll pin, giving the angel of roll pin, can conform the structure size of the roll pin. From analysis the Hy-Vo chain-sprocket-cutting tool, Building the Parameter harmonic relationship of rolling pin, chain plate holes and sprocket wheel meet the correct mesh conditions. It is proved to be exact and reliable through Calculating Examples.Using the Adams motion simulation software can analyze the effect of polygon. The result from this show that that the polygon effect of heart-shaped hole Hy-Vo tooth shape chain with less than for different hole Hy-Vo tooth shape chain.
