The calculation model used in the thesisinclude Heart-rail, Wing rail, Locking shaft, Locking block, Action rod, Chassis andalmost all of the related components within kinds of connecting member, and establish amodel made by wheels and sleepers, it is used to simulate real loads and constraints, italso be used to compare the real response of the entire system of the real situation.The computation load of the thesis are divided into vertical and horizontal forces,in order to truly reflect Heart-rail deformation, the load is especially loaded into theaxial center of the wheel, and constrain to degree of freedom of wheel. Whole process isanalyzed according to the quasi-static problems, without considering the acceleration ofstructure, only consider the position variation of loading point (located in the trainwheel), train per advancing some distance referred to as a node, and can be obtained aset of data. This article studies when the train passing Heart-rail, the Intrinsic link thatamong the Heart-rail deformation and locking shaft stress cyclical and train runningdistance. In addition, the article also analysis the local stress on locking shaft and actionrod, and improve its shape.By comparing the calculation results of the analysis can be found: when the trainmoving on the Heart-rail, If several wheels distance is not far away, before passingLocking point or heart-rail wing rail connection point, heart rail deformation and theforce on lock shaft mainly caused by the first wheel. Otherwise, it’s due to the combined effect of the front wheel and rear wheel.
