Ammunition is the important component of weapon,we known that the sunder armor bomb,armour piercing shell,cluster bomb, kill grenade, etc are the terminal load of hard injury,on the battlefield,they play key roles.The centroid position affects the ammunition flight speed and stability;Eccentric position decided to the track, it directly affects target shooting of the rockets,these parameters have very important significance.This paper makes a comprehensive theoretical analysis on centroidal deviation,including the static measurement method (weighing measuring method, the moment balance measurement method), quasi dynamic measurement method (compound pendulum measurement method), dynamic measurement method (dynamic balance measurement method), the establishment of a systematic mathematical model is deduced, various methods of centroidal deviation measurement precision, through the compound pendulum method, solve the various parameters of the problem brought by the accuracy of measurement, it is concluded that the applied strong compound pendulum measurement method, we got the compound pendulum measurement method with the advantages of strong applicability.Based on the compound pendulum test principle, the structure is improved, and simplifies the structure of the compound pendulum and calculation formula, so as to solve the measurement work inconvenience, shorten the test cycle, combined with theory and experiment,got the improved Compound pendulum measurement method,meet the test precision, reduce the measurement equipment investment.Analyzed the effect of centroidal deviation to the equation of rotary inertia measurement, The engineering application value of the torsion pendulum has been greatly improved.
