The firearms correction is effective and essential means to keep the firearms work in good war condition requires. Correcting firearms is an operational capability which each soldier should have. Currently, there are more researches on shooting training simulators than training devices on firearms correcting, especially on the structures of vehicle-mounted machine guns correcting devices. For this reason, this paper developed vehicle-mounted machine guns correcting simulators, which is brand new, more effective and less ammunition wasting. It provides the possibility for correcting vehicle-mounted machine gun.This article focuses on the design of the overall structure of vehicle-mounted machine guns analog correction device. According to researches on related fields at home and abroad and based on analyzing the basic working principles of the car machine guns analog correction device simulation training device, this paper designs specific structures of each part. And using the professional finite element analysis software ANSYS to analysis the key components of the correction device. After analyzing, optimize parts need to improve. By optimizing, let the mechanical properties meet the requirements, which shows that this design is reasonable and accomplishes the desired objectives.
