As the electronic and imaging technology development, the regional location is experiencing the trends from space to the micro-position. Its applications, especially the application of microscope operation, are attended greatly by many people. In this paper, the regional selection and position location will be studied importantly.In this paper, the laplance algorithm is used to calculate the image clarity, and the auto-focus system has been designed. At the same time, two image template match algorithm are introduced, which are the ABS algorithm and the cross-correlation algorithm, and the paper have a comparison and a detailed description in the experiment. The article has a conclusion that the cross-correlation algorithm is faster, which is applied to the position located of cells. Then the regional position coordinates are obtained, and two dimensional micro-displacement platform is moved to make the targeted area in the center of the video image, so that the regional can be located. |
