| ABSTRACT:With the rapid development of China’s railway construction, the way about how to ensure transport safety gets more and more attention. According to ETCS, china’s railway department set up the CTCS which corresponds to China’s national conditions, and much research about CTCS was carried out. As an important part of CTCS, the research and development of BTM electromagnetic interference recorder has important practical significance for the research of BTM electromagnetic anti-interference mechanism and anti-interference technology.Firstly, this thesis gives a deep research to balise system about the composition and function of each part, data transmission interface and working principle. Since the design of BTM electromagnetic interference recorder based on popular embedded technology, therefore, this thesis gives a brief introduce of embedded system development process and the performance of S3C6410microprocessor which is selected in the design process.Secondly, this thesis completes the design of power management module of the BTM electromagnetic interference recorder, including spare lithium battery charging management circuit, power supply automatic switching circuit,110V external DC voltage source detection circuit, analog filter negative voltage power supply circuit, analog filter power supply control circuit, core board power supply circuit, SD card and serial power supply circuit etc.Thirdly, this thesis analyzes the power-down and power-on task scheduling process of BTM electromagnetic interference recorder. Because of the BTM electromagnetic interference recorder equipped with embedded Linux operating system, the device drivers must be programmed so that the hardware devices can work normally. In the design procedure of BTM electromagnetic interference recorder, there are three device drivers needed to be programmed. They are110V external power interrupt driver, analog circuit power supply control driver and A/D conversion driver. This thesis is mainly responsible for the design of the first two drivers.In order to display the binary data stored in SD card visually, at the last of this thesis a data analysis software is designed. The function of this software is not only can read.dat format files that stored at BTM electromagnetic interference recorder and.pcf format DRU records, but also find out the location of electromagnetic interference source which possibly effects the normal work of BTM through the comparison of the two kinds of information. |
