ABSTRACT:Electrified railway with its operating speed is high, less energy consumption, low environmental pollution, prominent characteristics, has become a popular traffic tools. Modern electrified railway mainly adopts electric traction. As an important device of traction power supply system, the safety of the catenary is essential for the stable operation of the high-speed railway. Due to the high speed railway developing very fast, catenary condition monitoring technology can’t satisfy the demand of the rapid development of the high speed railway, therefore the study of on-line monitoring system is imperative.In this paper, tension wheel angle analysis method is put forward. By monitoring the tension wheel compensator swing angle to evaluate catenary running state. Aimed at the complexity of the catenary running, catenary of finite element analysis model is established. Through calculation and analysis of catenary hanging string length, the catenary model is proved to be correct.The relationship between tension wheel equipment’s transmission efficiency and angle changes is studied theoretically. Regarding the features of practical data, Solidworks3D software is adopted to establish the tension wheel equipment model. Then such model is processed in ANSYS Workbench, and its Young’s modulus, density and other physical parameters are set. The relationship between the coefficient of friction and tension is analyzed by static simulation. The dynamic simulation results show the movement of tension wheel equipment with different outside load is discussed, as well as the relationship between transmission efficiency and tension. The simulation verifies the correctness of the model and provides a new approach for the analysis of the reliability and working conditions of the catenary tension wheel equipment. Simulation analysis under the sudden impact, ratchet compensator deflection Angle and the ratchet compensation changes of the line displacement ratio. Through the ratchet wheel transmission efficiency compensation device simulation analysis, transmission efficiency is verified the correctness of the theoretical analysis and finite element model of ratchet compensator, the state provides a new method for the safety analysis of catenary. Design the tension wheel deflection angle system and on-line monitoring system for the catenary security status analysis. Through the angle deflection measurement module, ARM management system and the monitoring center to achieve the real-time monitoring and analysis of the catenary. The angle sensor signal bias circuit, filter circuit and the power system is designed. By connecting the obliquity sensor and circuit board provides a hardware foundation for field test.
