| CVIS is the important development direction of ITS. Through the real time, high efficiency and two-way interactivity with information between a walker, intelligent vehicle unit and the intelligent Roadside unit, CVIS can effectively enhance the safety and access efficiency of road transportation system, improve the traffic environment, and increase travel comfort level. Evaluation of CIVS verification is to evaluate the technical feasibility, the economic benefit and the social and environmental impact on CVIS. At the same time, it provides the scientific basis for feasibility research, scheme comparison and selection, effect analysis and system optimization and Integration of CVIS.This paper focuses on the evaluation method of CVIS. Based on the analysis of analytic hierarchy process, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, data envelopment analysis method, artificial neural network evaluation method, gray comprehensive evaluation method and other modern comprehensive evaluation method characteristics, combined with characteristics of CVIS, proposed integrated assessment system model based on gray relational analysis (GRA) and analytic hierarchy process (AHP), to achieve the evaluation of CVIS. In this paper, evaluation process and methods of CVIS are described in detail. Such as, how to determine the evaluation object, Clear evaluation target, organize evaluation team, determine index system, distribute the weight of indicators, establish evaluation models, analyze evaluation results.The paper researches the method based on high level architecture (HLA) to construct the CVIS simulation federation. In order to achieve the CVIS evaluation, it constructs the evaluation federate member on the basis of studying federate member procedural framework. Evaluation federate member place an order of Vehicle state, road state, road network state, road-side status, residential status and the scene state published by the traffic simulation federate member. After the simulation, evaluation federate member will evaluate CVIS by multi-objective comprehensive evaluation method.This paper conducts an instance simulation test to CVIS, and evaluates the performance and functionality of CVIS in the macroscopic and microscopic aspects. In the macroscopic aspects, it evaluates the performance of traffic status by traffic elements composed of road network, road and intersection. In the microscopic aspects, it evaluates the functionality of Vehicle operation and scenario execution status. Evaluation results indicate that CVIS can be the best limit adjustment of road running state and security coordination of people, vehicles, and road. While improve the efficiency of transportation, ensure traffic safety, improve environmental quality, Increase energy utilization. The research shows that the integrated assessment system model based on gray relational analysis and analytic hierarchy process is a good method to achieve the evaluation of CVIS. |
