Study On Intelligent Traffic Development In Jinzhou

With the growing problem of urban traffic congestion and technological development,city traffic management gradually realize intelligent. At prensent the intelligent transport isbeing built in our country, especially in small and medium-sized city, Jinzhou is also facingthe problem of how to develop intelligent traffic.Actual situation of traffic status are analyzed, intelligent traffic development and actualdemand are studied in Jinzhou. Firstly, the current situation of traffic in Jinzhou has beeninvestigated, including transportation infrastructure, signal controlled intersections, trafficcongestion on urban road, traffic accident and the traffic command center. This paper basedon survey data, traffic problems of Jinzhou city are analyzed, and shortcomings are found inthe construction development of intelligent transportation. Secondly, the construction mode ofintelligent traffic has been analyzed at home and abroad, summed up4construction modes,such as the top-level planning construction mode, the independent unified construction mode,the standard of construction mode and demand of construction mode. According to thedevelopment of intelligent transportation target in Jinzhou, The intelligent transportationdevelopment mode of Jinzhou is determined, which is combined with the standard ofconstruction mode and the demand of construction mode, namely: demand as theguidance, implementation of distribution; unified standard and integrated system duringthe intelligent transportation construction. Finally, the traffic management command systemintegration has been designed, including the system structure, system organization and theuser service construction. Through designing the system structure determined the systemcomposition and system management organizational structure. Through designing the mostimportant part of the traffic management command system integration determinedthe function of the traffic management commandsystem integration, which is trafficinformation platform and geographic information system. For customer service building,determined the user needs and construction projects to meet the demand for construction.According to the demand of construction project, starting from the first construction projectsin hand step by step.
