Research And Design Of Intelligent Traffic Management System Plan

With the development of the automotive industry and urbanization, cars have come into ordinary people's life, and the traffic problems has also become more and more obvious. The congestion of traffic has greatly influenced people's speed of going out and thus decreased productive and work efficiency. Traffic congestion in city has become an important problem in the development of a city. It has been proved that the efficient way of resolving the traffic problem is to improve the administrative level of traffic, based on the existed traffic infrastructure.ATMS can efficiently increase the rate of modern city traffic utilization and traffic flux. It can also decrease the degree of congestion, the possibility of traffic accident and avoid delay caused by congestion and accident. ATMS improves the work efficiency of traffic administrative system in a city throughout the use of high technology, in order to change the traffic disorder in a city.Firstly, the development of and research on ATMS in and out of China has been discussed in the essay. Then, the elements of intelligent traffic system has been analyzed, with detailed analyze and research of the sub-system of intelligent traffic system and related technology. Finally, the design discipline and the blue-print of the intelligent traffic system of Zhengzhou has been brought forward based on the research of intelligent traffic system and the status quo of Zhengzhou's traffic situation.The paper does research on intelligent traffic system by Zhengzhou as an example so as to resolve a serious problem of city traffic.
