Abstract/Summary:
With the trend of the globalization of manufacturing industry and rapid development of information technology. rapid response to customer requirements with high efficiency and low cost has become the key competitiveness in the manufacturing enterprises.In this situation, relating design of product structure driven by performance was proposed in this study. We constructed the mapping view of product performance requirement to structure, and achieved the hierarchical mapping of performance requirement to product structure based on similar feature.Meanwhile, the division of structure and progressive evaluation with the aided of fuzzy quotient space theory were presented.This paper used modified interpretive structural model (MISM) technique to complete the performance-driven product structure design based on relating technology. Finally, a structure design system of hydraulic machine was introduced,and applied in the development of hydraulic machine.The main contents of the dissertationare as follows:In the first chapter, this paper analyzed the method and the existing problems of performance driven product design, introduced the current research situation of the development of large hydraulic machine and its design methods; expatiated the research origin, proposed content and framework of the study.In the second chapter, the dissertation defined the mapping view, expressed the hierarchical modeling of product performance and structure knowledge, including performance view and structure view. We described the hierarchical mapping of performance requirement to product structure with the feature similarity matching method.The calculation of performance requirement weight based on fuzzy analytic hierarchyprocess (FAHP) was presented.Then, the complex products structure design driven by performance requirements was realized. And the instance of YH32-2000T hydraulic machine was introduced to validate the theory.The third chapter proposed the subdivision of prouct structure and progressive evaluation with the aided of fuzzy quotient space theory. First, described the basic concept of the fuzzy quotient space theory and defined subdivision structure as the minimum size unit of structure view, introduced the subdivision division process of prouct structure. And then put forward a hierarchical progressive evaluation method, including internal structure evaluation and external multi-factors evaluation. At last, we combined the movable beam part of YH32-2000T hydraulic machine to verify the process of structure subdivision and evaluation.In the fourth chapter, the paper researched the relating technology of product subdivision structure driven by performance requirement. By using the modified interpretative structural model (MISM) to establish correlation matrix of subdivision structure, which led to build the constraint net combined the graph theory. A performance capture model was designed, and completed the relating design of subdivision structure based on the network linkage.The worktable of YH32-2000T hydraulic machine was used as an example in order to validate the theory.In the fifth chapter, a structure module digital design system of hydraulic machine is developed and also successfully applied in the hydraulic machine product on the basis of the theory and method discussed above. And this, at the same time, proved the feasibility and practicability of the theory and methods in the dissertation.In the sixth chapter, the further research is put forward after summarizing all the achievements of the dissertation.
