Study On Physical Laws Assist Mapping Process Of The Function And Structure

Conceptual design is the early stages of product design,is also the most critical stage.Its main purpose is to realize the transformation from functional requirements to the specific structure.During the conceptual design of the product,the first thing to do is to consider and resolve the problem how to convert functional into the specific structure.This process will directly determine the follow-up product research and manufacturing costs.Only detailed analysis and fully utilized for information of product function to form the principle structure of products.In order to subsequent detailed design and manufacturing to provide strong support.Therefore,many scholars at home and abroad for product conceptual design process have done a lot of work,but there have been no unified conclusion about the mapping process of the function and structure to date.The need to continue research related aspects.Based on the expression of function,classification of function,analysis methods and the existing mapping process of the function and structure,this thesis proposed a process about the mapping the function and structure based on the physical law,and forming a specific implementation.The main contents include the following:1、Through study relationship between the physical quantities and function,established a functional expression based on physical quantities.Thus forming a relationship between function and the laws of physics,and a functional chain of reasoning based on physical law is established.In this way,the conversion process from predetermined input to output is realized2、The reasoning process of functional chain based on the laws of physical.Combined with the mapping between function,behavior and structure,it is established to the function-behavior-structure model based on the laws of physics.And forming a plurality of basic mapping unit between function,behavior and structure in order to build a functional structure of the product.Finally,it is proposed to the functional design process based on the law of physics3、 The automatic buckle ring machine used for button battery was designed and developed.The functional structure of the automatic buckle ring machine used for button battery was established and optimized on the basis of functional design processing model which based on the laws of physics.And then the structure scheme of the buckle ring machine was designed.Finally,finished the detailed design and prototype trial is to verify the feasibility of the principle scheme.
