High-Tech Park Plaza Landscape Design

Since the1980s, High-Tech Park with its powerful economic driver and rapid derivative force throughout our country, effectively promote the transformation of the high-tech productivity, brought huge economic benefits. However, in the exploratory stage, there are numerous issues that hinder research and innovation and economic development of the park. This article is to explore the design of high-tech park landscape environment.As an important carrier to enhance the city’s economy, high-tech park is a place that people for production, research, etc. but also the habitat of people’s lives. We investigated and analyzed the demand of high-tech science park staff, proposed the development requirements of the high-tech park-the need for commercial leisure space landscape design.In this paper we researched the theory of high tech park landscape design, especially on the " Spirit of Place ", to guide our design. The fourth chapter is the focus of this paper, we extract the high-tech park’s sprite under the guidance of the " Spirit of Place " in the previous theory. And truly care people from the most microscopic point of view, analysis the place spirit of park commercial plaza. Then we linked both " Spirit of Place " and "user-friendly design", exploratory approach to landscape design made of high-tech business park plaza.Finally, the paper adopt the "Spirit of Place" design idea and put it into the landscape architecture programme of Kingboard Squre in Shanghai Hongqiao Airport Economic Park. According to this case, the paper had testified the theory, with instructing the design of the landscape environment.
