Resources Investigation And Planning Research On Baoji National Scenic Spot

In recent years, as the second largest city in Shanxi province, Baoji has raised uprapidly. With the promulgation of The Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Zone DevelopmentPlan, the strategy of structuring the great cultural circle of Guantian economic zone hasbecome an important measure to increase the regional competitiveness. Baoji is thebirthplace of Emperor Yan, which has deeply dug into and carried forward the culture ofEmperor Yan and has important value for improving the influence and competitiveness ofBaoji and accelerating the construction of Guantian economic zone sub-center. As the onlystate-level scenic spots in Baoji, Tiantai Mountains has ushered in the unprecedenteddevelopment opportunity. The planning and development of Tiantai Mountains will promotethe formation of the cultural industry chains of traffic, accommodation, catering, and manyother areas, which has changed the “hot east and cold west” situation of the tourism in Baojiand is advantageous to realize the unification of the economic, social and ecologicalbenefits in Baoji.This paper comprehensively investigates on and systematically plans for the resourcesof the state-level scenic spots in Baoji, adopts the combination of qualitative andquantitative and other comprehensive evaluation methods to evaluate landscape resources.It also uses the bottleneck capacity method, the average incremental method and the trendextrapolation method and other methods to calculate the landscape environment capacityand to predict the scale of tourists. Finally, it adopts the comprehensive analysis method andother methods to carry scientific planning on the development of the scenic area from theseveral aspects of humane scene resources, the protection and utilization of forestvegetation, road traffic, infrastructure, tourism service facilities and so on.Thesis research results are as follows:The representative natural scenery is Tianzhu Peak, Lianhua Summit and Xicha River.The special scenery is red birch forest, quercus variabilis forest and natural tophus bonsai.Humane scenes contain cultural landscape of Yan Emperor historical sites relic, natural andhumane landscape of Chicken Mineyama as well as humane landscape of Dasanguan Passand Qinling Mountains. The whole environment capacity of this scenic spot is2,625,600visitors; the predicted visitor scale in2015is703,000visits; in2020it will be1,496,700 visits and in2025, it will be up to2,410,400visits. Based on the characteristics of sceneryresources, it is divided into natural area, historical site and relic area, recreation area andservice area. The resource planning of humane landscape takes commemorating YanEmperor--ancestor of the Chinese nation as the theme, revealing ancient Chinese culturalcivilization as the background; and multiform tour activities, such as sightseeing andentertaining, relaxing on holidays, cultural education as well as worship and temple fair etc.are implemented.
