Nowadys,the pollution of the water source of the Jinan southern mountain iserious;sudden turbidity pollution, odor, algae problem is a high incidence,and alsowater plant existing technology of water plant can not cope with the existing waterquality problems.To solve the above problem, this paper carried out study of the effectof the removal of two ultrafiltration membrane material (PVC/PVDF) pilot ofturbidity, algae, bacteria, organic matter, odor and other water quality indicators,andwhile comparying with sand filtration of the waterworks conventional process. Andalso the objective of the study was to evaluate four combined processmicro-flocculation-UF,flotation-micro-flocculation-UF,chlorinedioxide-micro-flocculation-UF,PAC-micro-flocculation-UF to deal with different quality. Reservoir waterwas selected as raw water and experimental device of water production of5m3evevryhour was used during pilot study.The results show that the removal of ultrafiltration membranes PVC alloy/PVDF of algae, turbidity, bacteria, ammonia, CODMn,UV254was considerable,and theeffect of the removal of algae, turbidity, bacteria was almost close to100%,and theeffluent turbidity was below0.10NTU;and the PVC membrane was anti-pollutionthan PVDF. Thus,it can be concluded that ultrafiltration membrane technology caneffectively deal with the unexpected turbidity pollution, algae high incidence of waterquality problems. And while the experiments show that, the membrane flux decreasesas the temperature dropped at a certain temperature; transmembrane pressure with therise of the liquid level is declining. When20mg/L powdered activated carbon dosing,the removal rate of the powder carbon-microflocculation-Ultrafiltration of MIB orGSM was95.4%, and the crafts can effectively solve the taste and odorproblems;when the air flotation opened and the chlorophyll a at low content,theflotation pretreatment can remove algae removal of up to43.0%,which not only canreduce the load borne and the part of the algae of the ultrafiltration membranetreatment,but also can defer the membrane fouling;when the dosing of ClO2was0.1mg/L,the removal rate of algae,CODMn,UV254.PAC/flotation/ClO2micro-flocculation ultrafitration combined process can be flexible switched and appropriately taked according to thecharacteristic of diffirent water quality as high alage and odor,and also suitable for new similarwater quality characteristics of the water plant constructed or micro-flocculation direct filtrationprocess such as old water plant process tansformed.
