| This paper aims at preparing new types of inorganic lightweight, heat insulation, safety,green, durable and high performance insulation material, and focus on the researching of themechanical and thermal properties of the inorganic thermal insulation glazed hollow beadmortar, foam thermal insulation glazed hollow bead mortar and inorganic foamed cementinsulating material.Through the single factor analysis, effects of different components, such as aggregate,polymer admixture and fiber, on the performance of vitrified microsphere thermal insulationmortar has been studied. With the increase of the glazed hollow beads content, the thermalinsulation mortar’s consistency, dry density, compressive strength and water resistance decreasesignificantly. Adding cellulose ether, can significantly improve the water retention of mortarrate and reduce dry density, the optimal content is0.3wt%. Redispersible emulsion powdercontent are added to improve the workability of fresh mortar, the optimal content is3wt%. Fibercan increase the tensile bond strength of mortar, the compressive strength is decreased slightly,the reasonable content is0.2wt%.From the orthogonal experiment results, it can be observed that the order of the effects onthe thermal insulation mortar and the compressive strength are both vitrified beads and fly ashratio> volcanic pumice content> air-entraining agent content. The order of the factors affectingthe thermal conductivity coefficient is vitrified beads and fly ash ratio> air-entraining agentcontent> volcanic pumice content. The linear relationship among the dry density compressivestrength and thermal conductivity of inorganic thermal insulation glazed hollow bead mortar isstudied. The optimal solution is obtained. The performance of the mortar were of the followingproperty: the dry density270.8Kg/m~3,7days compressive strength0.46MPa,28dayscompressive strength0.72MPa, thermal conductivity0.069W/(m K), and the fire rating class isA, which all meet the requirements in the GB/T26000-2010Expansive Glazed Hollow BeadInsulation Mortar.The research on preparation and properties of foam glazed thermal insulation mortar ismade by means of orthogonal experiment method, and the influence of main preparationprocess parameters on mortar’s dry density, compressive strength and optimum combination is obtained. Foam glazed thermal insulation mortar’s best properties are dry density260.4Kg/m~3,7d compressive strength0.38MPa, thermal conductivity0.065W/(m·K), and softeningcoefficient0.88.This paper has studied the influence of the composition of raw materials on foamedcement’s dry density, compressive strength and thermal conductivity properties. Respectively:dry density is230kg/m~3, compressive strength is0.42MPa, the softening coefficient is0.83,thermal conductivity is0.065W/(m K), which all meet the relevant technical requirements ofShandong province "foam concrete insulation board in exterior wall external insulationsystem technical specification for application".The influence of pore structure on thermal insulation glazed hollow bead mortar andfoaming cement properties is studied by surface electron microscope and optical microscope.Evenly distributed closed spherical holes with inner diameter of1.5~2.5mm are generated inglazed hollow bead insulation mortar by chemical foaming technology, which greatly reducethe dry density and thermal conductivity of the mortar. |
