Thermal insulation glazed hollow bead mortar is a sort of green material which had the green attributes,advanced technique and economy capability in the course of production and use, and gained widely application in the energy saving project of the new and energy saving reconstruction. The sub-grade reaction, stress and strain of the structure with thermal insulation glazed hollow bead mortar are small than with traditional cement mortar; and the integrated thermal insulation buildings made of glazed hollow beads mortar had the household heat metering and insulation effect advantage compare to the traditional external insulation technology.In this paper,study the durability of the insulation system through thermal field and thermal stress,and compare to the organic insulation materials system.Firstly, based on heat conduction differential equation, the studying used the finite element method to calculate the steady and transient temperature field of no wall insulation, internal wall insulation, external wall insulation and inside and outside walls insulation, and analyse the features of the wall temperature distribution;Secondly, the research made the further thermal stress analysis for the wall which had mentioned, and study the internal and external surface temperature of each wall stress distribution, analyse the strengths and weaknesses of the internal thermal insulation system, exterior insulation systems and within and outside the insulation system, proposed a vitrified insulation mortar insulation system requirements, also thermal insulation glazed hollow bead mortar durability was analysed from the structure of both the length and the rate of the empty;Finally, in order to provide a reasonable choice for building structures insulation material in the cold regions, the study made temperature effects analysis to thermal insulation glazed hollow bead and polystyrene board insulation systems, comparing the durability of two types of insulation systems.The results of the research show that the internal wall temperature and the temperature stress distribution is almost linear distribution, and it mutated in the contact of the insulation layer and the primary site. The insulation layer beared large temperature differences, but the thermal stress it endured was almost zero. External insulation and external and internal insulation systems can significantly improve the building's durability, but contract to no heat system, the internal insulation system was more worst. While the structure need to insulate, internal and external insulation systems shoule be used as priority, exterior insulation system has been able to meet the requirements of building energy efficiency and durability in normal circumstances. Thermal insulation glazed hollow bead mortar can improve the durability of the main wall, completely resolve the construction problem of "thermal bridge" problem, also it has a lot of advantage, such as a small mortar water absorption, low thermal conductivity, thermal insulation performance, non-toxic harmless, good air permeability, sound absorption, anti-freeze properties and A-fire protection.Therefore, thermal insulation glazed hollow bead mortar should be preferred to the wall insulation materia.
