| China has a vast land area, however, the distribution of water resources in the country is severely uneven, the vast northern region has less than one-fifth of the national total water resources. With the further development of economic and society, the contradictions of shortage of water resources are further highlight. Establishing a water-saving society and developing irrigation is imperative. In the northern majority region which has seasonal frozen soil, there is building a large number of irrigation project, the various channels used the different materials and types of anti-frost lining structure. By the role of Channels drainage base frost heaving, the phenomenon of bulging cracks and slump occurs frequently, which caused by the irrigation maintenance and management costs increase. This seriously affects the play of water conservancy effective and resulting in a waste of water resources.Polyurethane insulation board as an insulation material has been widely used in House Building Engineering, but it is still rarely used in Hydraulic Engineering. The rigid polyurethane has the function of low thermal conductivity, waterproof performance, and so forth. Its obturator rate is more than90%. which is a hydrophobic material, and does not increase the thermal conductivity with absorb moisture. By the theoretical and experimental, combined the concrete practice of Hada Mountain Hydro Project, the thesis is doing the research polyurethane insulation materials in the channels on the anti-frost heave, in order to greatly reduce the canal system investment and operating costs.On the basis of reading and analysis of a large number of documents, this paper summarized and elaborated the theory relevant to the topic in detail. For instance, the technology in channels seepage control antifreeze expansion state-of-the-art at home and abroad, canals antifreeze expansion technology and measures, all kinds of frost heave and failure characteristics of lining channel, etc. Then, it mainly introduced the test of the Hada Mountain water main canals, which have different lining structures, such as the test conditions, methods and results, etc. Analysis of the foundation soil temperature field change rule under the different antifreeze expansion and heat preservation measures. According to the study of different thickness insulation board reduce frost heaving damage effect, can effectively establish the relationship between insulation board thickness and frost heave degree, and thus reduce the frost heave effect to the channel rigid lining material damage by the heat preservation materials, insure stability and safe operation of the lining channels. A wide range of application of the polyurethane insulation board in the project, not only can solve the current engineering problems, but also can provide the technical basis for the similar engineering construction, and promote the application of polyurethane heat preservation material in water conservancy engineering too. |
