After some soil channels have been upgraded and transformed,the waste of water resources has been effectively reduced,which has not only been improved aesthetically.And from practicality,durability also has a qualitative leap.However,after the channel is changed from soil canal to concrete channel,it is easy to be damaged by frost heave in winter.Under the action of frost heave force,the concrete lining slab will swell and crack.When frost heave is serious,lining board lost beautiful effect not only,and impervious effect disappears basically.Under such circumstances,it is necessary to repair or rebuild the channels,resulting in the waste of water resources and social resources.Therefore,with the continuous development of science and technology,the combination of bag fabric and concrete bag concrete technology has emerged.Mold bag concrete not only has good tensile performance,but also has better anti-seepage effect than ordinary concrete lining plate to a certain extent.At present,the concrete technology of mold bag is widely used in canal lining.However,the damage degree of frost heave is not only the same in the construction process due to the different climatic environment in different places.So,choosing the right thickness of concrete lining plate can effectively reduce the construction cost and reduce the waste of resources.On the basis of reading and studying a lot of literatures at home and abroad,this paper summarizes the research progress of frost heave resistance at home and abroad and the mechanism of frost heave of canal lining.For the frost heave damage of canal lining.This paper selects the hangjin houqi jiefang sluice section in hetao irrigation area of Inner Mongolia as the research object.Through the development of a variety of experimental observation programs.The lining surface and frost heave deformation parameters of various schemes are monitored regularly in winter.The maximum frost heave is obtained by sorting data.The relationship between the thickness of impervious membrane and lining slab and the frost heave was found out.The following conclusions are drawn by numerical simulation with ANSYS software.(1)The frost heave of the canal is between 6cm and 11 cm.After scheme comparison,when the canal thickness is 15 cm and anti-seepage film is added,the frost heave is the smallest.(2)After analyzing and studying the variation curves of ground water level,it is known from the frost heave curve and moisture content change respectively.When the base soilchanges with frost heave,the moisture will move up from the underground water level.The results showed that the soil moisture content increased and the frost heave of the soil increased.(3)Under the same thickness,impervious membrane can effectively reduce the moisture content of foundation soil and the frost heave of canal.When the lining thickness is 12 cm,the frost heave decreases by 48.18%,when the lining thickness is 15 cm,the frost heave decreases by 47.7%,and when the lining thickness is 18 cm,the frost heave decreases by18.1%.(4)The frost heave of different lining slab thickness is different.The thickness has influence on the change of frost heave,but it is not obvious.When the thickness is more than15 cm,the influence of the thickness of lining slab on the frost heave is smaller and smaller.(5)Through the analysis of lining slab by finite element simulation software,it can be concluded.The effect of bag cloth on the deformation of lining slab is more significant than that of 15 cm thick lining slab and 18 cm thick lining slab.The effect of bag cloth on the deformation of 12 cm thick lining slab is greater than that of 15 cm thick lining slab and 18 cm thick lining slab.The maximum deformation of lining slab under three thickness is 12 cm >15 cm > 18 cm,respectively.(6)Deformation knowledge of concrete lining slab with formwork bag and ordinary concrete lining slab by comparison.When the thickness of lining board is 12 cm.The minimum deformation of ordinary concrete lining slab can be reduced by 40.4% and the maximum by 80.5%.In this test,five load gradients were applied to the lining slab,which effectively reduced the deformation of the common lining slab by 57.36% on average.
