In2011,China electrical construction industrial keeps developing full-scale. There areabout90MKW new equipment building all-round the country. There will be extent to about1.04billion MKW by the end of2011. So many generator equipments also need a huge of lowvoltage electrical equipments. And the new round of country power grid upgrade project andthe total investment up to300billion for the next3years country power grid rebuild will be avery great chance for low voltage industry development.Intelligent power grid was kicked off in2011, the total investment is up to4000billion.Totally speaking, it can be foreseen that the capacity of low voltage industry is developingsteadily. It does have a bright future. But at the same time, the competition is very intensely.Low voltage breaker factory A is an important production base in China of one worldfamous company. Factory A produces MCCB (Moulded Case Circuit Breaker), it gets thequalification of producing the4th generation intelligent MCCB to launch to China market.The as soon as possible launch of fourth generation localized MCCB will play a mostimportant part to take up more market size of China market.Project Management is world famous all around the world. The ability to take up marketsize by new product for a company depends on its project management ability of a newproduct. Management of planning runs through the whole project life circle in projectmanagement work, it affects all the other elements of project management. Process control isto use scientific method to confirm the target of schedule, to make plans of both schedule andsupply chain for schedule controlling. Basing on the coordination of such as quality, cost, safeand process control can carry out the target schedule. Project schedule management is animportant part of project management; it not only has effects on project’s economy efficiencybut also the success or not of the whole project directly. The core of project management isthe plan of schedule. Planning arrangement is set by project schedule through such asbreakdown of project, to confirm project plan, resource allocation and to balance cost. Areasonable project schedule planning is the base of project implement, project follow up andthe control of project; it is the key of project success. And the project schedule planning is justwhat the article to study.Basing on the related theories of project schedule management, this paper to combinefactory A’s MCCB localization current situations and outside surrounding of industrydevelopment analyzes the elements of taking effect on project schedule. The work such as to make project schedule plan, to draw the Program Evaluation and Review Technique diagram,to find out Critical Path and to submit project priority plan can be done by using WBS(WorkBreakdown Structure), and PERT(Program Evaluation and Review Technique). And thispaper also discusses the grantee methods for carrying out the project schedule managementtarget so as to make sure the project schedule management to be success.
