With the development of science and technology, people intensified claims for the earthenergy, the energy consumption is more and more serious. The energy problem is a majorchallenge we have to face. Building energy consumption occupies a very heavy proportion inthe energy consumption of the whole society, the energy consumption of air conditioning isan indispensable part of building energy consumption, which accounts for about50%of theenergy consumption of the whole building. With the improvement of people’s living standard,the indoor air quality requirements are also getting higher and higher, air conditioning hasbecome almost a necessity of life. In this contradiction between situation, we urgently need tofind a series of effective measures to solve this kind of contradiction, and the cause ofcountries are advocating remains the same.The study is based on a power dispatching building project as an example for the coldheat source energy consumption, transportation energy consumption and terminalconsumption we analysis each of these three areas, and propose optimization measures toreduce the entire central air conditioning system energy consumption. Cold heat source of airconditioning system can be said the heart of the entire air conditioning system, through thedata analysis on host operating load rate, it can help us to choose the right source of cold airconditioning system. In the electricity industry, electricity consumption in the entireelectricity transmission losses occupy a large proportion,and central air conditioning systemsas well, the transportation energy consumption of air conditioning system can not be ignored,calculation and selection on pumps and fans and other equipment parameters, air duct andpipe insulation is a major factor affecting transportation energy consumption. Through theanalysis of the chilled water and cooling water supply and return water temperature differencedata, we make a reasonable judgment of pump selection. Through the analysis of thecondenser terminal temperature difference, we understand the process of system operationmanagement and maintenance has a significant impact for the system energy consumption.Finally, the terminal energy consumption of air conditioning should also be given attention,through the analysis of the design documents and related data, we understand the irrational ofthe end of the design and selection, not only indoor air quality requirements is difficult toachieve, and the entire system is also difficult in the most efficient state operation. Throughthe energy analysis on the above three aspects, we make some optimization recommendationsto certain that the energy consumption of the entire air conditioning system is in a morereasonable range, not only provides a reference direction for the latter in the central air-conditioning design, but also give a force for the cause of country on energy conservationand dedication.
