Steel fiber reinforced sprayed concrete and macro-synthetic fiber reinforced sprayed concrete are two main Fiber Reinforced Concrete.This article by C20,C25,C30three sprayed concrete strength grade,0,0.3%,0.45%,0.6%four fiber vplume content,analyze the basic mechanical properties of steel fiiber reinforced shotcrete and macro-synthetic fiber reinforced sprayed concrete,a measured date value by7days and28days,to select the optimal fiber fraction and sprayed concrete strength grade.The article is slso using a new way to test the tensile sterength-the casing fracturing method,to test the tensile strength of shotcrete C20,C25,C30three fiber sprayed concrete,0,0.3%,0.45%,0.6%four fiber volume content,by using the tensile strength date of the asing fracturing method form7days and28days, analysis the influence of steelfiber and macro-synthetic fiber to the tensile strength date of the casing fracturing method,and contrast the casing fracturing method and splitting method difference.In this paper,the ratio between the casing fracturing method and the splitting method in the1.1~3.37, the two methods measured results of he gap is too large,the article slso gives the corresponding explanation. the casing fracturing method,similar effect with direct tension,the test result closer to the true value,and the operation of the entire testing process is simple, quick and easy,so he casing fracturing method easier to promote,better development space,but now the casing fracturing method to test the tensile strength pilot study less,in order to better using the casing fracturing method to test the tensile strength,we need further testing and research.
