Research Of The Stepping Motor Control System Based On The SCM

Stepping motor is a kind of electromechanical component which controls the winding currentto finish fixed angular rotation electric pulse signa1．Compared with other kind of electricmotor, it is easier to contro1accurately with the advantages of accumulation and errors andit has wide application in many fields．In order to get the excellent performance control result,the stepping motor control system withuses the SCM as the control core widely used．But some of the systems are rather complexedand they are not coincided with simple control processes, Furthemore, it is not economical inthe investment or it is not very convenient in the operation and has weak interactivenature.Nowadays,in the specialized textbooks of the occupation education.the varioustechniques are too clear-cut,so the practice from this is more scattered and it does not put theengineering practice technoloegy organically.So the research of this text aims at designing astepping motor control system which the hardware system is rather easy,economic but withevery function,strong adaptability,convenient operations,high reliability and it can combinethe electric technology with single chip technology.And it can get twice the result with halfthe effort teaching effect in current occupation teaching.This text firstly describe the development,application and working principle of the steppingmotor control briefly and it gives us schemes of common control systems, common drivenskills and SCM technoloegy applications,then,it puts forward a design schemes of the controlsystem in which SCM predominatites.Then,it has further subdivision of each module circuitand it analysises and researches the performances of SCM stepping motor control system thesoftware simulationand debugging,etc.
