Stepping Motor is Digital Control Motor, which can convert the electric signal intomechanism angular displacement. This is ,the stepping motor rotate an angle when there is apulse signal, and have the advantage of fast response, high positioning accuracy, noaccumulation of errors, driving circuit and control method is simple. The most significantadvantage of stepping motor is in the open-loop system where precise control can be achieved. This is, does not require the feedback of rotor position, to avoid the use of expensive sensorsand the optical encoder feedback devices. Therefore, it can be widely used in automaticcontrol systems and precision machinery fields. The traditional pulse control technology exist low-frequency oscillation, noisy, lowresolution and poor reliability of drive system, which seriously hampered the application ofstepper motor. To ensure stepper motor can smooth operation, low noise, high efficiency andsuitable for high-performance motor control applications. For achieve 128 subdividing drive. The dissertation uses internal integrated EV of DSP TMS320F2812 which ishigh-performance fixed-point chip, using for motor control. The subdivision control methodin this paper can be further broken down step angle of stepping motor, to meet the highprecision and high resolution application requirements of high performance motor controlapplications. The stepping motor control system has been accomplished and the software and hardwareof this system has been combined tested. This dissertation presents test results and analyzedresult of the measured waveform. Test results show that, the system can be further brokendown stepper motor's step angle, to meet the application requirements of high precision andhigh resolution.
